The entrances to the dungeons don't stand out. You need to enter the building near the coordinates and look for an elevator. The elevator will only let you go down one floor. You must fight or sneak your way through the Exiles until you find another elevator that will take you down one more level. For these dungeons, the Exiles start out at level 5 and their level increases by one for each floor you go down.

Every one of these dungeons share a similar look; cobwebs, debris, machinery, exposed pipes and flickering industrial lights fill the envrionment. The Exiles are primarily found in groups of three as they mill about the area just as they do outside on the streets. Eventually you'll come to the final room. You'll see a fairly large number of 2 and 3 chevron Exiles as well as the boss, Zero.

The Exiles here are all Operative types. They seem to use handguns as their primary weapon, and will interlock anyone who gets too close. Zero shares the same abilities as the rest of the Unclean; you'll not encounter any Hackers or Spies as you explore these dungeons. I've found that the drop rate for enhanced items is pretty good in these dungeons, and the loot Zero drops comes in three tiers as you can see above. The shoes also drop in male and female versions.

In the room after the Boss Room there is a teleporter that will take you out of the dungeon. The Exiles in the dungeon do respawn, but the spawn rate is pretty slow, and Zero takes even longer to respawn. It is also of note that the dungeons are public: You can find yourself in there with other players. This means they you may fight your way to the boss only to find him camped by another player or group.

Suggestions
These dungeons are a good challenge for a group of level 7 through level 9 players. Lower level players will need a larger group in order to survive in the bottom floors. A level 12+ player could probably solo this dungeon. Zero will drop his loot to players of all levels, though the drop rate, and the quality of the drop, may decrease for players who are vastly more powerful than Zero.
