Levels 15 to 20

The final section of this guide will cover the levels all the way up to the point where you get your last name. The levels between fifteen and twenty are great. You begin to see the world, and grow even more powerful. That said, your hunting choices will be slightly more limited if you want the best experience.

Western Antonica Area

The various beetles in North Karana are good from about thirteen on up, but you will want to be careful as they will gang up on you. East Karana holds some good exp in the form of Undead Reavers (Gnolls).

When you zone in, turn right from the bridge and follow the coast for a while. Soon you will come to a single tree, which is the perfect spot to pull mobs to. There are no other wandering monsters near this area, so you will be relatively safe.

Aviaks in South Karana - Levels 19 to 20 hunting grounds.

Aviaks in Lake Rathe - Levels 17 to 24 hunting grounds.

When you hit level seventeen or eighteen you can pass through South Karana to find Lake Rathe. This is a great area that can take you all the way to level twenty four. Aviak Guards will be your primary target here, and they spawn in about three locations around the lake. A favorite one is the dual spawn to the right of the entrance to the lake. Be sure to remember the "Play Nice" rules, and rotate spawns so everyone gets a chance at exp here. It is sometimes common to see people /auctioning off their camping location, that is how crowded this zone can become.

Eastern Antonica Area

At level fifteen you have a choice to make in this area. You can either continue fighting dervs for good experience and fantastic loot, or you can deal with the crowds in Oasis and get fantastic exp and almost zero loot.

Dervs can be hunted well through sixteen, but after that you will definitely want to make it over to Oasis and deal with the overcrowding the best way you can.

Highpass Gnoll spot.

At about seventeen, you can head to Highpass Hold. The Orcs are usually camped pretty heavily, so the Gnolls may be a better choice for both exp and loot. The Gnolls can be soloed, but since you are getting up to the level where each class becomes truly defined, grouping is recommended highly. The Gnolls give good exp, and some drop large ringmail armor.

Faydwer

These levels can be tough on Faydwer. By now, you have outgrown Crushbone, and Unrest still may be somewhat of a challenge for you.

Experience in Crushbone will be slim after level fifteen. It’s not impossible to level in there, as there are mobs that range up to level twenty, but they don’t spawn as often as the mid-teens mobs. As for Unrest, if you can get a group to handle the house you may want to try it. Otherwise, you will probably want to head to Antonica for a few levels.

Faydwer is great after level twenty-four, with both Unrest and Mistmoore.
