Updates and Patches

1. Update for "Forrest of Elements"
- An NPC which gathers Imperfect Elements will be put in the City of Priest.
- Quest for 3rd job change will be added.
2. Patch for Assessin System
- You cannot attack the characters whose level is 11 and below from your character`s level, but you can be attacked by them.
