1 Placing an order 
Choose the product you want to buy on ig2t.com. Click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the product. This will add the product to your "Shopping Cart". When you are done, click on the Checkout button in your Shopping Cart and you will be taken to the online order forms.
Complete each of the order forms accurately including billing address and payment information. If you bought currencies, you will be prompted to fill in your character's name during the checkout process and you need to make sure that it is 100% accurate or we can't deliver the currencies to you.

3 Verification

4 Refund
You may ask for a refund of an undelivered order and there will be no questions asked. Refunds for a PayPal payment will take up to about 24 hours for it to appear in your account if all things go smoothing. 6 Delivery time 
Different game has different delivery time and it is also depending on the stock amount. For games such as World of Warcraft (delivered by in-game mail), delivery will start once your order passes verification and it is generally faster than other games that need in-game delivery. We do not hold back on delivery for games that are in stock. If you find that you have waited for your delivery for more than 2 hours, you should first check your email for updates from IG2T and make sure that you have not placed a pre-order. Most orders are undelivered because we could not contact you or we are out of stock. So please do not hesitate to contact our live support when you have not got your delivery.
  Once your order is processed, delivery of your order will be made within 5 Minutes to 24hours if games are in stock. You will be notified through email upon any updates on the delivery of your order.

7 Out of stock
This item is currently not in stock and is not available for order. You will have to come back in a day or two to check for its availability.
In-Game Delivery
There are generally 2 modes of delivery for virtual currencies / items you have bought from us; it's either in-game delivery or offline delivery. For in-game deliveries, you need to contact our Live Support operators to arrange for a meeting in game so our delivery agents can hand you the currencies / items over a trade in-game.
