If you have pre-ordered Siege of Mirkwood, your pre-order items will be automatically added to your account on launch day. Your items should appear in your in-game inventory. If the items are not there, please try the /reclaim command. If this does not work, please contact our Customer Service team by email: custservice@codemasters.com

How do I get into Siege of Mirkwood?

In order to enter the region of Mirkwood you must have purchased the Siege of Mirkwood digital expansion. This can be bought exclusively from <a href="http://www.codemasters.com/cog" target=_blank>Codemasters Online Player Account</a>. It is also recommended that before entering the region of Mirkwood you are level 60+ as Mirkwood is a dangerous place.

Siege of Mirkwood is a Digital Expansion, the key is automatically added when you upgrade your account by the <a href="http://ww.codemasters.com/cog" target=_blank>Codemasters Online Player Account</a> system. You can see if you account has been successfully upgraded as the image under your games will be updated to the Siege of Mirkwood pack shot.
Do I need to buy Mines of Moria or can I just buy the new digital expansion?
