You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve:
a. transmissions over various networks; and

You know that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by IG2T and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Payment and Acceptance of Service

1. In consideration of the provision of the Service made available by IG2T, payment money in the currency specified, in accordance with the prevailing exchange rate, shall be made by you to IG2T in the manner specified and made available to you.
2. Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed to by IG2T, payment for the Service shall be made in full before the performance of the Service.
3. IG2T reserves the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers. In the event that an order or payment is tagged as being suspicious, delivery of item(s) will be delayed until IG2T can successfully verify its legitimacy, be it by phone or a request for verifying information. The determination of what amounts to suspiciousness shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of IG2T. 3. IG2T shall not be liable (either expressly or impliedly) to you or to any third party in damages, compensation, costs or otherwise under any written law, common law or legal theory for the change in the prices listed.

4.6 General Power leveling Disclaimer

Registered names and trademarks are the copyright and property of their respective owners. All items are the sole property of their respective owners.
1. The Power leveling Service is provided by IG2T to temporary access your account and character in attempt to maximize levels gained.
2. The purchase of a Power leveling package shall require you to deposit your account together with the relevant information in order to operate your account for the purposes of the Service. Your account will be safe with us as IG2T take data security very seriously. IG2T use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. For example, you will note that while using some features of the IG2T' web site you will need to submit a password or some other type of authenticating information.
3. Gold accumulated throughout the leveling process shall be retained in your character's inventory. Non-upgradeable items will be vendored or auctioned off to fund the leveling process. As a general rule, loot distribution works exactly like how it would with any group you play with. Should an upgrade drop, your character will have first dibs or roll if there are multiple needs. Often when power leveling, your character will be grouped with other levelers. In event of a greed drop, the item will be sold for gold and the profit shared amongst the group.
4. During the performance of the Power leveling Service, you may at any time submit a request which shall specify the duration of your intended use, to IG2T to use your account to play the relevant game (“requesting play-time”). IG2T shall immediately temporarily suspend the Power leveling Service for the stipulated duration and relinquish the account to you. When you have finished your use of your account, you may then return the account to IG2T who will then continue with the performance of the Power leveling Service.
5. You acknowledge and accept that the maximum duration of which IG2T will suspend the Power leveling Service in a request for play-time shall be stipulated from time to time by IG2T and a notice of which shall be posted on the website at the relevant page. You further acknowledge and accept that should you exceed the maximum duration stipulated by IG2T, IG2T will have the right to terminate or discontinue, with a 24 hour notice to you, the performance of the Power leveling Service that was purchased by you. IG2T shall not be expressly or impliedly liable to you or any third party in damages, compensation, costs or otherwise under any written law, common law or legal theory for such termination or discontinuance.
6. However, you understand and accept that by requesting play-time during the performance of the Power leveling Service will extend the duration of the Power leveling Service and compensation requests for late completion or refund for levels gained during your play-time will not be entertained.

4.7 General Power leveling Terms of Service

1. Your character will not be used to steal, harass, cause grief or involve itself in anything improper that will tarnish the reputation of your character.
2. The provision of the Power leveling Service is private and confidential. Power leveling packages are provided as is and any additional requests or variations to the packages may be entertained. However, you acknowledge that IG2T are under no obligation (expressly or otherwise) to fulfill or perform the Variation. Should the Variation appear substantial in IG2T’s sole and absolute opinion, extra charges, terms or conditions may be levied on the same, but IG2T shall always notify you of such extra charges, terms or conditions before the performance of the Variation. If you are not agreeable to the extra charges, terms or conditions levied (or any part thereof), the Variation (or the relevant part) shall be treated for all intents and purposes as withdrawn.
3. You understand and acknowledge that the stated “estimated time of delivery” is only estimation and may not accurately reflect the actual time taken to complete the performance of the selected Power leveling Service. You further understand and accept that any Variation shall automatically result in an extension of the time specified to the extent required to complete the performance of the said Power leveling Service. However, IG2T take the ETD seriously and shall endeavor to complete the Power leveling Service selected within the ETD.
4. All sales or transactions are final and should you request that the performance of the Power leveling Service be terminated at any time before the completion of the performance, IG2T shall if it deems fit provide a refund at an amount that is in the opinion of IG2T reasonably reflecting the unperformed portion of the Power leveling Service after deducting any relevant overhead charges and processing fees.
5. IG2T strongly suggest a brand new account is used for the purposes of the Power leveling Service to avoid any unpredictable or accidental incidents to existing accounts. Should an existing account be used for the Power leveling Service, IG2T shall limit its access to the character in the existing account specified by you for the performance of the Power leveling Service (the “Selected Character”) and shall only be responsible for the performance of the Power leveling Service on Selected Character”.
6. IG2T warrants that it shall exercise its utmost care in the performance of the Power leveling Service on the Selected Character to ensure that the performance of the said Service meets with the specifications offered by IG2T. You understand and accept that this warranty is limited to the performance of the Power leveling Service on the Selected Character and does not extend to the other characters contained in the account or any other aspect of the account and any acts that is not specified in the Power leveling Service package.
7. Should an existing account be subjected to the Power leveling Service, you are obliged to provide ample slots for the storage of items gained throughout the leveling process as the Power leveling Service requires ample space in the inventory of the character to store items that is useful for the performance of the Power leveling Service.
8. Should an existing account be leveled, you acknowledge and accept that IG2T shall have no obligations and is not under a duty to ensure the contents of the inventory of the Selected Character and that you are fully responsible for the Selected Character's belongings and IG2T will not be liable should there be any issues. However, without prejudice, IG2T will work do its best to take care of your account and see it safely through the leveling process.
9. You agree that are not to access your account, retrieve your password, log into the game or modify the information including inter alia the access information during the performance of the Power leveling Service by IG2T to avoid unnecessary issues or complications that might arise due to multiple logging in patterns. If there is a need to log into your account or you intend to request for play-time, you accept that you will contact us or submit the request for play-time as stipulated above, and IG2T will guide you through the correct process.
10. IG2T will to the best of its abilities ensure that no programs or macros that will corrupt or adversely affect the digital integrity of your account during the performance of the Power leveling Service. . IG2T warrants that it will never misuse the Selected Character for its own interest while your account is with us. IG2T warrants that it will treat every account with honor and integrity while leveling and will never degrade or dishonor the Selected Character. IG2T further warrants that it will attempt to minimize all communications so as not to attract unnecessary attentions while leveling your character. You acknowledge and accept that the foregoing warranties by IG2T is limited to the scope and specifications enumerated in the Power leveling Service package selected and paid for by you.
11. All items, equipments and ingame currencies will not be tempered with as long as it doesn't interfere with the leveling process. All drops and items gain during leveling process will remain in the account. IG2T will take full control of your character's leveling pattern and IG2T will bear no responsibilities to the changes made.
12. Orders will be delivered in the soonest time possible. However, delays do happen under rare circumstances due to reasons beyond our control (for example: server maintenance and servers down time).
13. Once your order is done, IG2T will send you a confirmation email together with the password to your account and it is your responsibility to change the password to your account.
14. Should there be any unsatisfactory issues, you are welcomed to talk to us and IG2T will work our best to fix it to your satisfaction. All issues should be addressed to us within a 24 hours time frame from the date and time of delivery else all delivered orders will be deem as accepted with complete satisfaction. All issues should be submitted together with proves of a before/after/present screenshots and emailed to support@ig2t.com in order to speed up the process. Do understand that without such information, IG2T would not be able to investigate into the issue and IG2T might not be able to cater to your satisfactions.

4.8 PvP / Honor Power leveling Terms of Service

1. All PvP power leveling orders are subjected to a two-day testing period to determine the success rate of the order.
2. The estimate time of completion is as it says, just an estimation based on research and experience we have had. The duration largely depend on several factors:
   a. Realm population.

7.1 How to order Power leveling from IG2T

Q: Can I customize my power leveling from 30- 40 instead of 30-50?
A: Yeah, and actually we have an interactive custom power leveling in our Power leveling part.

Q: Can IG2T ensure that the leveler ignores chat and not reply to friends and guild mates during the leveling service?
A: Actually, it is our policy for us to keep minimum socializing, however, at high levels, it can be quite impossible especially when it comes to the priest or warrior class. Social interactions are often unavoidable due to the fact that it is human nature to socialize.

Q: Do I have to move all my items for safe-keeping before turning over the account?
A: It is no need, but we do suggest moving the valuable items to a friend's account or an alternate account for safe-keeping.

Q: The leveler is doing something he's not supposed to do!
A: In this situation, please prepare screenshot(s) and submit it to sales@ig2t.com for investigation. It is important to have screen shots so that we can file a report.

Q: What information does IG2T need?
A: We need your account name, password, server name and character name.

Q: Can I play on my alternate character during the leveling process?
A: No. The game design allows only one connection per session. Logging in will cut the connection of the other, this will cause an unnecessary delay.

Q: How do I prepare my character for power leveling?
A: Usually, the first and most important thing we deal with would be interaction with other players. Valuables: As stated above, all items are safe. At the same time, we also recommend you to move anything of value to a different character or different account for safe-keeping. Let your friends and guild mates know that you will be away and a friend/relative will be playing on your account. You may also choose to put them in your ignore list throughout the course of the power leveling.

Q: How long does it take for power leveling?
A: The time of each power leveling is and will always be, just an approximation. Several factors may affect the processing of the Power leveling Service, which may finally shorten or extend the time of the service. Such factors include, but not limited to, server maintenance, long login/battle ground queues, class type, population imbalance for pvp, expired subscriptions, and your play-time. However, we truly understand your rush to have your account back as soon as possible. So, we try our best to complete your leveling orders at the quickest possible time.

Q: I want to play with my account for a few hours, can we arrange it?
A: Usually, if you want to play with it, inform our live support first please, in this case we can prepare your account before turning it over to you. However, we highly DISCOURAGE such actions because it will very likely trigger flags for having 2 different IP from different regions trying to access the account at the same time and it will cause your account to be suspended. Lastly, do note that this will greatly affect the duration of the Power leveling Service and we won’t take any complaints of lost items or gold lodged after you regain your account without notifying us beforehand. We strongly urge our customers to not access or reset the password to an account undergoing power leveling process and let us do our job and complete the character as soon as possible.

Q: Do you grind or do quest during Power leveling? Can I make a request for the completion of certain quests?
A: We will try our best to complete all quests needed, but there is no guarantee. Our goal is to have your character leveled in the quickest possible time, and with that, our leveler will use judgments based experience to complete the most rewarding quests or grind mobs to gain maximum experience points earned per hour. Q: How can you assure that my account will not be suspended/banned by GM as I know GM will ban/roll back accounts if found using a Power leveling Service. A: From experience, GM does not ban/suspend accounts that are being power leveled. However, they will suspend an account if there is a reason to suspect that your account has been compromised through hacking. Often, customers will attempt to login to their account while the power leveler is working on it. Having the power leveler on your account, and you attempt to log in from a different IP automatically flags your account. This is a security measure Blizzard implemented to protect your account. Should it happen, you can always contact Blizzard and provide the necessary documents such as game card keys, or credit card billing statements to prove that you are the legit owner of the account. However, cases like these are very rare, and we would like to ask you not to try to log into your account during power leveling.

Q: Can I choose my mount?
A: Certainly, simply attach your preference in the comment box, or email us at sales@ig2t.com. However, the choice of mount type is limited to your characters race in some games. So it’s depending on your game

Q: Can you work on my reputation with X faction?
A: Often, our levelers will skip non-beneficial quests to maximize experience points gained per hour. For best results, it would be best to purchase a reputation leveling package.

Q: Can I request my character to be specced to a certain talent tree?
A: You may request us to spec your character to a certain tree of your choice, but we cannot guarantee it, as our job is to power level your character to your desired level as soon as possible. So we will use the fastest and most effective talent tree to accomplish the task.

Q: Are you going to change the password to my game account?
A: No. We will not change the password to your account under any circumstances. If you find that the password of your account has been changed by person other than you, please contact us immediately.
